Roman has over 12 years of experience in IT industry as a business analyst, manager of projects and products. He worked his way from a business analyst to the Head of a global competency of business analysis at EPAM with over two thousand analysts. He is also a founder of an analytical community, mentoring programs, and a lab for business analytics. Roman is engaged into creating multimillion enterprise products as a business analyst of product and project manager. As one of the heads along with the team of volunteers at EPAM, Roman created a mobile application called Diia.
